Office of Facilities Planning and
Development, on behalf of the Board of Trustees, is seeking to retain a qualified
Telecommunications Management Consultant (TMC) that will provide services for marketing,
leasing, development and property management of wireless cellular sites as a part of the
Proposition A/AA Bond Program (Bond Program) and other District Programs throughout the
Districts nine (9) campuses and two (2) satellite centers.
