Telecommunications Equipment
The Office is requesting bids for new and used Telecommunications Equipment. Purchases will be made on an as requested basis during the awarded twelve (12) month period. Quantities indicated on the quotation schedule are an estimated combined annual usage of new and refurbished equipment; the County makes no guarantee as to the total amount to be purchased during the awarded period. Prices shall remain firm for the awarded twelve (12) month period.
Specifications:

This is a brand specific bid; all items must be for Avaya products.
2.
Category I New Equipment: Grey Market equipment will not be considered. Grey Market equipment is defined as product purchased from a source other than the manufacturer or a manufacturers authorized reseller.
3.
Category II - Used/Refurbished Equipment: Used equipment must carry at least a one (1) year warranty.
