Telecommunications Billing and Management System
The State intends to replace its existing Telecommunications Billing and Management System
(TBMS). The research resulting from the RFI indicated that there are multiple providers in the marketplace that utilize a consistent software platform for commercial off the shelf software (COTS), Hosted, or Managed options. The State intends to select only providers that offer all three of these options with a consistent software platform.
