Telecommunications Billing and Management System
The State of Connecticut is considering the replacement of its existing Telecommunications Billing and Management System (TBMS). In order to consider a Commercial of the Shelf Products (COTS), internally built system or use of an externally hosted service the Department of Information Technology would like to gain a better understanding of the products and services available.
