Telecommunication services, Internet Service, Internal Connections and Network Maintenance
The client is seeking proposals for the following Telecommunication services, Internal Connections, Internet Access and Network Maintenance Contract:
- basic telephone service as well as local and long distance services, as well as voice mail.
- wireless cell phone service with direct connect capabilities.
- upgrade and improve our computer network and equipment.
- Internet access through a DSL line or a T1 connection.
- a one-year service agreement to maintain the existing network.
- a one-year service agreement to maintain the phone system, Inter-tel Axxess system. Eight outside lines with 45 extensions.
- a one-year service agreement to maintain a new voice over IP phone system.
- upgrade our existing telephone system.
- a web hosting service for our E-Mail accounts and our web site, www.aldaracademy.org .
- to replace our existing phone system with a voice over IP system. There are approximately 50 users in a single location. We would also be seeking any upgrades to our existing infrastructure to support the new system.
