Telecommunication Services for PSTN, POTS and Managed VoIP
It is the goal of this project to provide all stakeholders access to an advanced voice and messaging system to support telephony throughout the District in all facilities. The system will provide a managed telecommunication service for Interconnected Voice of Internet Protocol service that provides all of the functionality of the existing system with additional value and service options. All offers must support the goals of this project.
