Respondent services shall include, but not be limited to the following: Provide two (2) TecPath T1 lines, Provide forty-eight (48) FSLC’s, Provide eight-hundred (800) DID Station Numbers (40 blocks), Provide Overflow Routing/Direct Trunk Overflow for two (2) PRI/T1/ FSLC lines, Provide Local Phone Service, as well as Dedicated and Switched Long Distance Service, and Operator Services, Provide quarterly reviews of the monthly bill, Provide a dedicated Account Manager, Provide monitoring tools to enable RICC to have daily reports of inbound and outbound traffic including circuits out of service, invoices on line, and e-mail notification when monthly invoices are ready for viewing.
