The Proposer shall provide the District with a comprehensive approach to work based on the Proposer’s expertise and the estimated volume and provide a framework for implementation. Provide all necessary expertise, hardware, software and equipment necessary to perform three (3) years with the option of two (2) one year renewal of Telecommunications Carrier Services for the Independent School District.
