Telecom VOIP Phone System RFP

The purpose of this RFP is to obtain proposals for providing telecom services to the City and its organizations.
The City is seeking proposals for the design and installation of a fully redundant, 125 communications device VoIP telephone system for replacement of various department legacy phonesystems. These departments are housed in 7 physical buildings. The proposed solution shall deliver the same features and functionality at all sites via a fiber IP backbone, and provide automatic failover in the
event of a WAN service interruption.
It is the City's policy to seek out cost-efficient services while retaining the highest quality of services available. As a consequence, an emphasis will be placed not only on cost but also on feature/functionality and how bidder's performance can be tracked and verified.
