The purpose of this Amendment is to remedy an inconsistency with respect to the format of the Gantt chart. Exhibit #2, Offeror's Technical Proposal List, is amended to conform with Instructions for submission of proposals, FAR 52.212-1 Instructions to Offerors -- Commercial Items (Apr 2014) and Performance Work Statement (PWS), Section 4.1.2, Transition In Plan. Offerors must submit the Gantt Chart in Microsoft Project format (2010 version), and not, as previously indicated, in Microsoft Excel format. All electronic files except for the Gantt Chart must be submitted in PDF format. The deadline for submission of proposals is Tuesday September 9, 2014 by 9:00 am eastern standard time (EST). Proposals must be submitted in electronic format only and emailed to [email protected], [email protected], and [email protected] by the deadline specified above.
