The Department of Veterans Affairs, Network Contracting Office 15 (NCO 15), located at 3450 South 4th Street, Leavenworth, KS intends to enter into an indefinite-delivery indefinite-quantity (IDIQ) contract for TeleHealth Services provided for Wichita, KS VAMC. The term of the contract is a base of one year with four one-year option periods. Solicitation documents are anticipated to be available July 24, 2014 or shortly thereafter and will be posted via the Federal Business Opportunities website. This requirement is being solicited under the authority of Public Law 104-262, 38 U.S.C. 8153 and VAAR 873. All responsible sources may submit a quotation which shall be considered by the agency. Prospective offerors should not expect notification of issuance of amendments other than via the Federal Business Opportunities website and are responsible for obtaining all amendments as posted. Prior to submission of a quotation, offerors are expected to read the solicitation documentation in its entirety to fully understand the scope of work, terms, and conditions of the requirement(s). Offerors who are unable to access or open uploaded attachments may contact the Contracting Officer to obtain copies.
