Teen Conference Coordination Services
It is the intent of the State of New Hampshire, acting through the Division for Children, Youth, and Families (DCYF), hereinafter referred to as Division, to solicit proposals for Teen Conference Coordination Services. To be eligible to provide these services, applicants must have experience conducting educational, interactive and well-received workshops that focus on transition and other related issues for youth that have been placed into the foster care system. Applicants must possess a thorough knowledge of adolescents and their development, and a specialized knowledge base about adolescents placed in the DCYF and the Division for Juvenile Justice Services (DJJS) foster care system, the unique challenges they face while living in care, and their transition out of state care and into adulthood. Applicants must also have excellent organizational, public speaking, training and youth engagement skills.
