Technology Building Renewal
Work includes but is not limited to the following:
1. Technology Building.
2. Demolition of existing portions of building and new construction as indicated on the drawings.
3. Exterior Closure: Metal wall panels with aluminum-framed entrances and storefronts, aluminum curtain walls, and water and air barriers. Provide sheet metal flashing and trim, single ply membrane and thermoplastic roofing and hot asphalt rubberized waterproofing, as indicated on drawings.
4. Interior Construction:
a. Walls are metal studs with gypsum wall board and painted finishes.
b. Hollow metal doors and frames and wood doors.
c. Special Doors including side sliding grilles, folding glass and folding fabric partitions.
d. Interior flooring including linoleum flooring, tile carpeting and decorative concrete overlayment.
e. Ceilings include suspended acoustical panels, linear wood, linear metal and gypsum board.
f. Casework: Include custom casework.
