proposals to establish a Requirements Contract through competitive negotiation for Information
Technology Support Services in the areas of project management, systems development, systems
programming, database administration, analysis, computer networks, desktop and help desk
support, skills development and training, physical security, information security services,
telecommunications, and specialized product support.
