The Toronto Region Immigrant Employment Council (TRIEC), through The Mentoring Partnership, is seeking the services of a technical project management consultant to help with the creation of a public tender for the development of a database-driven online mentoring application. The consultant will be expected to help TRIEC create the functional requirements of this application, manage development and relationship with the successful vendor and assist in system implementation
