This RFI is seeking responses from businesses for “Professional, Scientific, and Technical Services under the North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code 541712 – Research and Development in the Physical, Engineering, and Life Sciences (except Biotechnology).” This synopsis is encouraging responses from all qualified and capable businesses. The data obtained from this RFI will assist the Government in understanding the capabilities available in the laboratory and mission support services marketplace and to help the development of a way-ahead for GSA to obtain Laboratory and Mission Support Services on behalf of the Defense POW/MIA Accounting Agency (DPAA). Additionally, the market research will assist the Government in determining which acquisition vehicle can be used to best meet the requirements as indicated in the PBSOW.
