Technical Writing Services
The Department of Natural Resources and Conservation (DNRC) is soliciting bids for Technical Writing Services. The end result of this Limited Solicitation will be a list of qualified contractors for DNRC personnel to refer to when a project arises. When the need arises, DNRC will refer to the established list of contractors. DNRC will contact the highest scoring bidder and offer the work. If the highest scoring bidder accepts the offer they would begin the work. .If the highest scoring bidder declines the offer; DNRC will contact the next highest scoring bidder and make the offer. This process will continue until the offer is accepted. The next time assistance is required DNRC would again make the first offer to the highest scoring bidder and work progressively through the list.
