Technical Support for E-2D Flight Control System
Solicitation N00421-14-T-0397 is issued as intent to Sole Source. The Government intends to purchase on a firm fixed-price basis, and to solicit and negotiate the proposed purchase order on a Sole Source basis with AARENA Consulting Incorporated, under the authority implemented by Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) by FAR Part 13.106-1(b). AARENA Consulting is the only known company who can provide the services IAW the Statement of Work. Procurement is a total set-aside for small business under the authority of FAR Part 52.219-6. This is a firm fixed-price procurement; therefore, the offeror's initial offer should represent the vendor's best quote in terms of price and technical acceptability.
