Technical Search Specialist Course
Contractor shall provide One Technical Search Specialist Course equivalent to course provided by Texas Engineering Extension Service or equivalent as determined by the City.
Course shall be delivered at time and date agreed upon by contractor and customer.
Course shall be conducted for approximately 24 students.
Course will take place at Fire Training Academy
Fire Department / Task Force One will provide rubble pile and
other training props necessary for course.
Course shall be 40 hours / five days in length designed to provide participants with knowledge, skills and abilities to perform technical searches of CBRNE and or structural collapse incident scenes. A heavy focus shall be placed on listening devices, search cameras and GPS enabled devices.
Course shall include a realistic night exercise.
Contactor shall provide curriculum, technical search equipment and certificate of completion for course.
