Technical Representative Service USS North Carolina
Pearl Harbor Naval Shipyard and Intermediate Maintenance Facility intends to award a contract to York, Johnson Controls, Inc (JCI) to provide technical representative services, in a consultation capacity, for the repair of the HFC-134a Air Conditioning (AC) units to full operational status onboard the USS NORTH CAROLINA SSN-777. JCI owns the proprietary equipment and drawings.
