The Contractor shall provide all management, tools, supplies, equipment, and labor including all work necessary to perform inspections and tank plant documentation (Anlagendokumentation) on above and underground storage tanks in the Kaiserslautern Military Community (KMC) in a manner that will ensure continuous and safe operation, IAW the Performance Work Statement (PWS and applicable Appendices/Attachments).
