Technical Environment Software AG (SAG) Products Assessment
The State is issuing this Request for Proposal to obtain competitive responses from vendors to provide an assessment of the technical environment and usage of Software AG (SAG) products, per the attached specifications, for the Kansas Department of Social and Rehabilitation Services (KS SRS). Selected vendor will conduct an assessment of the KS SRS mainframe environment to document all usage of SAG products and their impact to KS SRS processes, applications, and procedures. Selected vendor will provide recommendations, with KS SRS input, for replacement of these products which maintain current functionality and minimize cost. Based on KS SRS approval of selected recommendations, the selected vendor will develop a comprehensive SAG replacement plan which details cost, schedule, timelines, and resource utilization.
