The Hawaii Department of Human Services, Benefit, Employment & Support Services Division is seeking to contract for services to design, develop and implement a content management based solution to automate the capture, routing and approval of SNAP, TANF, TAONF, GA, AABD, and related medical services applications. The Agreement requires the Contractor to research best practices and latest technologies consult with DHS staff draft and present design specifications and work plans implement approved plans train staff and provide support and maintenance.
