Technical Assistance
The Redevelopment Authority of Allegheny County will require an extensive range of basic
services, related to the Allegheny Together project. It is anticipated that the technical
assistance services required for the completion of the entire project will include, but are not
necessarily limited to, the following;
1. Conduct workshops for representatives from each of the participating communities to
educate participants in the Main Street Approach and downtown revitalization
concepts;
2. Assist each of the participating downtown organizations develop action plans to
achieve their goals;
3. Develop and implement communication, recognition, and program evaluation
systems for downtown organizations;
4. Create practical Main Street Approach programs for Design, Promotion, and
Business Development initiatives.
