Tech Support for SVM and ASAP Tools
The Naval Surface Warfare Center Carderock Division (NSWCCD) has a requirement for engineering and technical support for hardening studies of aircraft carrier ship structures utilizing Legacy Software Suite. These services can be provided by T. Carroll Associates, Inc. The NAICS code is 541330 (16.5 millions of dollars).
The proposed purchase order is being solicited on a sole-source basis to T. Carroll. The proposed action is for which the Government intends to solicit and negotiate with only one source pursuant to FAR 6.302-1(a)(2)(ii). The NSWCCD intends to award a firm fixed-price contract to T. Carroll.
Interested parties may identify their interest to this requirement by submitting a capabilities statement no later than 20 Sep 2019. This notice of intent is NOT a request for competitive proposals. However, all responses received by 9/20/2019, will be considered by the Government. A determination by the Government not to compete this proposed purchase order based upon responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government. Information received will normally be considered solely for the purpose of determining whether to conduct a competitive procurement.
