Respondents will be identified by publicly reading aloud
immediately after 2:00 p.m. The contents of the RFQ/RFP shall be
afFORded security sufficient to preclude disclosure of the
contents. A pre-submittal conference will be held on Friday, June
22, 2006, at 2:00 p.m., prevailing time, at the Office of
