Teacher Substitute System
The Department of Defense Education Activity (DODEA) requires a Substitute Management System (SMS) to enable schools to fill teacher absences faster and to better compete with local school districts for subs at our locations with online access, automated, and be accessible anywhere with any kind of hardware (computer, tablet, phone). Access without a CAC is required for Administrators, Teachers, and Substitutes. DoDEA will program the system/tool with current schools, administrators, teachers, and substitutes data.
The requirement will be solicited as a 100% Small Business Set-Aside. The proposed contract type is a single award FFP. The performance period will be a base period of 12-months with one (1) 12-month option period.
