Teacher Retirement System, Elevators and Security Upgrades
TFC is soliciting proposals for the construction of Teacher Retirement System (TRS) Elevators and Security Upgrades, 1000 Red River Street, Austin, Texas. Elevator modernization objectives include, but are not limited to, improvement of overall system reliability and performance, replacement of aged components to ensure twenty (20) to twenty-five (25) years of service, upgrade of existing care and hoist way door equipment, ADA upgrades, and National Elevator Safety Code upgrades.
