The IDOE is looking for a software solution proposal that will be used to manage, issue, and renew IDOE related licenses. This system should have a customer centric workflow that will allow for data input, data validation, edit checking, and process monitoring throughout the process. The interface should be web enabled to be utilized by individuals seeking to get a new license or renew an existing license. The IDOE would entertain proposals to build a custom software package or an off the shelf package that could be tailored to fit our needs. Flexibility/configurability is paramount due to the potential changes in the departments future needs and legislative changes that could be passed in future sessions.
