Teacher Evaluation System(s) and Data Management Tool(s)
The State is soliciting competitive sealed Request for Proposals, Proposal 13-12-0002 for a teacher evaluation system and data management tool for the period of January 23, 2013 to July 15, 2014. Project activities will include, but are not limited to, implementing a rigorous, research-based multiple indicator teacher evaluation system; facilitating an annual training and certification process for evaluators; providing a user friendly, web-based data management tool to collect and organize evaluation and performance pay data; and delivering training and related materials for ESC staff on the teacher evaluation system and data management tool.
