The City is soliciting competitive proposals from qualified firms ("Respondent" or "Respondents") to provide on-demand taxicab service. The City intends to award between two (2) and four (4) on-demand taxicab service concessions. Only the successful concessionaires will be allowed to operate and provide on-demand taxicab service at the Airport and within the City.
