Sealed proposals will be received at the City of Aspen Purchasing department, 130 S. Galena Street, Aspen, Colorado 81611 until 2:00p.m., November 18, 2009, at which time the proposals will be opened and reviewed for the following City of Aspen project:
Tax-Exempt Lease Purchase Agreement with City of Aspen
Financing for Energy and Water Savings Measures
The project will include, but is not limited to: Provide pursuant to a tax-exempt lease purchase agreement with City of Aspen financing for energy and water savings measures for those certain facilities located within the City of Aspen.
