The Consultant will be required to determine the eligibility of the proposed area for designation as a Tax Increment Financing District (TIF), prepare a Redevelopment plan under applicable State law, and assist the Department of Housing and Economic Development (the “Department”) with the administration and management of a TIF district once it has been established.
