The Portland Development Commission (PDC) announces this Request for Proposals of up to $7 million* of Tax Increment Financing (TIF) available in the Interstate Corridor and Lents Town Center Urban Renewal Areas for affordable rental housing. (To determine if your property is within the eligible boundaries, visit https://www.pdc.us/maps) Both non‐profit and for‐profit Proposers (Project Sponsors) are eligible for this funding. Additional funding also may be available to eligible projects under PDCs Lead Hazard Control program.
