Tax Division Mailing and Printing Services
The City of Bellevue Tax Division desires to contract with a Contractor to provide mailing and printing
services for the Citys Tax Division. Business taxes are submitted with multiple tax return forms (the
Multi-Purpose Tax Return, Schedule A- Service Income Apportionment Detail, Schedule B- Square
Footage Tax Detail, Schedule C- Multiple Activities Tax Credit Form, Schedule D- Deduction Detail and
Annual B&O Tax Return for Non-Filers are included as attachments to this RFP as Attachment E). The
number of tax returns mailed per year average 52,000 and fluctuates from month to month. The number
of delinquent letter printed and mailed per year average 9,600 and fluctuates from month to month.
