Department of Revenue is soliciting quotes from qualified vendors to provide printing and mailing of Withholding Tax Coupon Books and Forms, Corporation Tax Booklets and Forms and Individual Tax Booklets and Forms in accordance with the attached specifications. This solicitation shall result in the issuance of an agency contract for the provision of such for the term of the established contract.
