The intent of this Request for Proposal (RFP) is to obtain proposals from qualified firms and to set forth the terms and conditions whereby the County may establish a contract for the provisioning of software, implementation, training and maintenance for an integrated local taxation assessment, billing, accounts receivable, cash receipts and delinquent collections system for taxes as described below and hereinafter referred to as the Tax Solution or the System.
