Tax Credit Accounting Services
The Agency invites certified public accountants with low-income housing tax credit experience (the Proposer) to submit written proposals to provide tax credit accounting services for the Apartments.
The Proposer must show: (1) proposed approach for tax credit accounting services that meets requirements in the RFP; (2) professional qualifications, skills, and capabilities including providing evidence of license and/or certification; (3) relevant multi-family experience involving Low Income Housing Tax Credits and mixed-finance funding; and (4) fee and payment terms.
