Task for Chemical Biological Defense Information Technology Systems.
The Naval Surface Warfare Center Panama City (NSWC PC) intends to award a firm-fixed price Purchase Order on a sole source basis to McCafferty Information Systems, 12014 Palisades Drive, Dunkirk, MD 20754-9432 for one base year with 3 options for Chemical Biological Defense Information Technology (CBD IT) Systems and Data Management Support. This procurement is Sole Source for the following reasons:
a Strong working knowledge of Configuration Management Professional (CMPRO) implementations to date (to include hand held devices and Automatic Identification Technologies (AIT) related to CBD IT systems) and the inventory management and reporting functionality.
b. Strong working knowledge of Joint Acquisition CBRN Knowledge System (JACKS) and its Reporting Warehouse (RW) subsystem.
c. Strong working knowledge of Joint Program Executive Office - Chem-Bio Defense (JPEO-CBD) inventory reporting requirements.
d. Strong working knowledge of Chemical Biological Radiological Defense Information System (CBRD INFO).
e. Detailed knowledge of Chemical Biological Radiological Operating Item Management System (CBR OSIMS) legacy implementations and data migration strategy and other pertinent CBD legacy systems, with in depth understanding of database structures, data mappings, and external dependencies.
f. Demonstrated ability to barcode Navy CBR equipage, effectively perform/conduct requirements analysis and data validation in support of emerging CBD interface requirements, system and system deployment, and electronic authoring tasks, such as Adobe Robohelp.
McCafferty Information Systems is the only company that
