Services will consist of highway rail grade crossing engineering analyses, railway corridor studies, railroad crossing safety project plan development, and other related tasks as required to facilitate the Office of Utilities Railroad Crossing Safety Section in administering the federally funded USC 23 Section 130 railroad grade crossing safety program. This firm/organization will be involved with all aspects of the design for this project.
