The successful respondent or respondents (the "Contractor") shall be required to
develop an economic development plan (the "Plan") for the Agency targeting certain
specific business sectors identified in the Agency's strategic financial assistance policy, assist the Agency in identifying and contacting companies both domestically and internationally in the specified business sectors for purposes of inducing such companies to expand their operations in the County or to relocate to the County, and perform related professional services as required by the Agency.
