The ReStore Targeted Blocks Faade Program is intended to revitalize commercial corridors and increase the financial performance of businesses in Philadelphia. The City intends to leverage public funds to spur private investment in faade upgrades, making corridors more attractive to shoppers and enhancing the vibrancy and economic performance of these commercial corridors.
