A complete Purchase Description for the purchase of Tank Cleaning Systems, VIBB 19-25-1000, dated April 22, 2019 to include installation, training, IUID tags, technical data and OSHA certification is attached to the Solicitation. A copy of the solicitation will be available on or about June 11, 2019 via the DLA Internet Bid Board System at https://www.dibbs.bsm.dla.mil. ; Choose the DLA Request for Proposals (RFP)/Invitation for Bid (IFB) option under Solicitation.
