The City of St. Petersburg invites developers, end-users and interested parties to submit a plan to purchase and develop in whole or in part approximately 3.6 acres of Corridor Commercial Traditional-1 zoned real estate with retail stores and accessory uses located in the Tangerine Avenue Community Redevelopment Area (TACRA).
