Tactical Terminal
The Naval Air Warfare Center, Weapons Division, China Lake, CA intends to procure on an other than full and open competition basis the following items: Qty 1; ViaSat Small Tactical Terminal (STT) P/N 1146547, 1 each STT Fan Tray P/N 1117574, 1 each STT VCU audio panel with Headset P/N 1142645, as a Package. This sole source to Via Sat Inc, 6155 El Camino Real, Carlsbad CA, 90029, due existing terminals already in use and a second system is required, so an identical Form-Fit-Function Drop-In compatible device is required with the same consistency of system performance and interface with existing Project software requires that this second device be identical Drop-in compatible hardware identical to the unit already in use by the Project. Any firms believing that they can provide the ViaSat Small Tactical Terminal may submit a written response to be received at the Contracting Office no later than 5 days after the date of publication of this notice. It must clearly show the firm's ability to be responsive without compromising accuracy or reliability of the ViaSat Small Tactical Terminal without causing programmatic hardship.
