The Department of the Navy, Naval Information Warfare Center (NIWC), Pacific intends to issue solicitation No. N66001-19-R-0044 for service support on TDL systems to include: systems engineering integration, engineering analysis, installation, testing and evaluation, fleet troubleshooting, configuration management and Integrated Logistics Support (ILS), Deploying Group Systems Integration Test (DGSIT), and Combat Systems Ship Qualification Trials (CSSQT).
This is a follow-on requirement to an existing single award contract that was competed as a small business set-aside and awarded to KOAM Engineering Services (KES) under contract N66001-15-D-0042. The ordering period of the existing contract ends on 13 April 2020.
SSC Pacific does not intend to hold an industry for this requirement.
This proposed acquisition has security requirements at the Secret level. SSC Pacific intends to award a single award Indefinite Delivery/Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) Cost Plus Fixed Fee (CPFF) type contract. The prospective contract will have a one-year base period with four, one-year option periods. The estimated level of effort for the total requirement is 639,405 hours. The NAICS code for this procurement is 541330 with a size standard of $38.5 million.

The solicitation will only be available electronically on the Space and Naval Warfare Systems Command E-Commerce Web Page at https://e- commerce.sscno.nmci.navy.mil/ under NIWC Pacific - Open Solicitations. Any amendments, when issued, will also be available only on this web site. Matters posted on the web site are not terms of the solicitation unless the solicitation is written or amended to include such matters.
