This is a market research tool (FAR Part 10) being used to determine the potential firms capable of providing the services described herein prior to determining the method of acquisition and issuance of a Request for Proposal. Feedback is encouraged and appreciated.
The 413th CSB, Regional Contracting Office-Alaska, Fort Wainwright, Alaska 99703-0510 is seeking information identify parties having an interest in and the resources to support the requirement for tactical Army vehicle heater systems.

The Chief of Maintenance Division is the designated point of contact for the required heater systems/parts. If your organization has the potential capacity to acquire and sell these items (attachment 1), please provide the following information: Organization name, address, email address, Web site address, telephone number, DUNS/CAGE code and size and determination.
The Government will evaluate the market information to ascertain potential market capacity to provide to listed items. The applicable NAICS code for this requirement is 336390, Other Motor Vehicle Parts Manufacturing, with a size standard of 500 employees.
Interested Parties are requested to submit a capabilities statement that includes parts supply capabilities. The deadline for response to this request is no later than 12 pm, AST, 25 July 2018. All responses under this Sources Sought Notice/Request for information must be emailed to both anthony.p.maes.civ@mail.mil and to Rhonda.m.richardson4.civ@mail.mil.
All data received in response to this Sources Sought that is marked or designated corporate or proprietary will be fully protected from any release outside of the Government. No phone calls will be accepted. All questions must be submitted to the Contract Specialist identified above. The Government is not committed nor obligated to pay for the information provided and no basis for claims against the Government shall arise as a result of a response to this Sources Sought/Request for information
