Quantities listed are the estimated annual useage. Ordered quantities may be less or greater than the estimated quantities.
The County anticpates cases being ordered shall be 8 to 12 cases per order.
If submitting a quote for an approved equal product, samples shall be required for evaluation. Samples should be sent to, County of Rockland, Purchasing Division, 50 Sanatorium Rd, Building A, Second Floor, Pomona, NY 10970. Samples ( minimum of 2 rolls)should be received no later than December 3, 2009.
Prices quoted are FOB Destination, Prepaid and Allowed and should include all freight charges in the unit price.
