TWO (2) YEAR AGREEMENT FOR THE LEASE OF FIFTY-SIX (56) VEHICLES
This will be a Two (2) year Agreement for the lease of Fifty-
Six (56) Vehicles. Twenty One (21) Vehicles will be leased on
a Two (2) year contract and Thirty Five (35) will be leased on a
One (1) year contract. All vehicles should be current model year
vehicles, in accordance with attached Specification consisting
of two (2) pages for the following bid prices.
Selection of vehicles and models will be at the Citys discretion.
Operational use of these vehicles requires that the exterior
finish be dark colors; blue, green, gray, brown, black, etc.
All vehicles shall be equipped with the following minimum
options:
Air Conditioning
Automatic Transmission
Power Steering
Power Brakes (anti-locking is desired)
Power Windows
Power Door Locks
Six Cylinder Engines, or larger and other
Standard Equipment
Alarm System
Bed liners for Trucks
Dark Aftermarket Window Tint
All vehicles will be four (4) door.
No more than fifty six (56) vehicles (21 Two Year Leases
and 35 One Year Leases) will be on lease at any given
time.
