TUTORING SERVICES
The intent and purpose of this Request for Proposal (RFP) is to select an Offeror to
provide all labor, materials, supervision, training and project management to conduct
tutoring for students at Henrico County Public schools as part of the 21st Century
Community Learning Centers. The students to be served are at New Bridge and Mt.
Vernon Middle Schools.
